Is anyone able to get "not on my iPhone" to show up in the iTunes Store?

Before when you went to the iTunes Store, then hit more, purchased and the music, it would have a section that would state "not on my iPhone." Has anyone else been able to get this to come up? I know there is music not on my phone that is not hidden and I cannot get it to come up via this method.
