Is anyone else's iPhone acting crazy since 5.1 update?

I updated to 5.1 a few days ago via OTA update and ever since my phone has not been working properly. iMessage rarely works. It says "waiting for activation" or "activation failed". If I try to update an app or download a new one, it takes hours. The other night I updated 2 apps and by the time I woke up in the morning they still said 'waiting' almost 8 hours later. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether I'm using 3G or wifi. My apps load painfully slow if at all and again even bring connected to wifi doesn't make much of a difference. Anyone else have similar problems or any suggestions?

I haven't had any trouble. Have you restarted the phone since then? Might just need a reboot

I have rebooted and done hard resets. Nothing.

I haven't had any issues with mine, but I have seen others who are having similar problems.

You may need to do a restore to correct the problems you're experiencing.

I restored my iPhone and erased its settings and content and now it works like a charm.
