I think the blue and red both look fantastic, and I have a Product Red iPhone that would have gone nicely with either of them. But I just have too many clothes and accessories and existing watch bands that would badly clash.

Nevertheless, I applaud those of you who did order one of the new colors and I hope to see some photos. I’m envious and wish I could splurge on one as a second watch.

I’m most likely getting the blue. I’m always excited for the newest color and I think it’s a great shade of blue. However, my eye keeps going to the gold SS. So im going to wait to see some reviews before I make a purchase just to be sure.

I got the blue too.. can anyone guess if the colour will match with the Nike blue black/bright mango colour strap? What sort of colour ways are you going for?

I’ve got a space grey Series 3 and am tempted to change this time to silver or blue. I worry that they won’t match my straps though (grey sport band, Nike black sport loop, a grey/black nylon band, navy sport band).

On a separate note, why did Apple discontinue the Nylon band? I love these bands 😢

It was a no brainer for me. Blue and especially a deep navy blue color, is my favorite color. I couldn't click that buy button soon enough!

I ordered it but now I am having second thoughts because I realized most of my existing bands will not work against the blue and what I always liked about my space grey one is how the „bezel“ of the watch basically vanished with the space grey of the watch itself. On the blue one it does stick out more, looking more like a „screen“ than a watch if that makes sense. I will see what it looks like in person and decide

Get a titanium version :)

Blue is also my favourite colour and I was torn between the blue and the red. But when it came to ordering I just went for the red. It was a close call. I run two watches, always a series apart, because I like to track my sleep so I just swap one for the other. So next year I’ll sell my 5 and probably buy a blue 7.

That’s crazy, having 2 AWs! I wish I could have the mindset of buying and using 2 AWs! I just can’t justify the cost, for a single person that is.

:D I went with the Navy Sport Band in order to get a delivery date of Friday (< 24 hours away).

Yeah but I buy one each year, so it’s a yearly expense. I was running a 5 and a 4 and sold the 4 to my son at family rates, I’d rather do that than give it up for the ridiculous apple rates.

I also only buy the aluminium version, some people spend twice what I spent on my 6 for their watch. I’m not knocking them, until Apple can improve the battery life I’ll continue to run two different series of watches.

it also helps that I don’t drink, smoke or gamble. Gadgets can be expensive but are certainly healthier ‘for me’
