Is anyone with a Reservation Camping Out at the Apple Store?

Is anyone with a Reservation Camping Out at the Apple Store? If so why?

I am. I want mine as soon as possible. Even though mine is guaranteed I still don't want to wait in an insane line in the morning. Plus it will be pretty cool to be one of the first people in line to have their hands on the new iPhone 4. Another reason, it seems like it will be a fun experience. :cool:

But that's because I reserved and got the email, but my name isn't on the list.

Besides I did it last year too.
 
I'm getting there prior to open... but I can't imagine it's going to take more then maybe an hour or two regardless...... right? No reason to wait 8 hours when it's only going to take a couple to get through line anyway (aside from the awesome party atmosphere it's likely to be)

I guess I don't know.
I've never been to an Apple launch event, am I being naive?
 
I have a reservation, but I also want it right away since I sold my iPhone 3GS and am using a 'dumb' phone. My Apple Store opens at 7AM. I will be there early, but I am not camping out!
 
Nope. i'm going to go wait in line at 1pm because that's when my brother get out of class. haha It's gonna suck in the Texas heat.
 
I plan to get there before 6am - hopefully the line will move quickly so I can get to work as close to 9am as possible.
 
I dropped by my store today and chatted with the manager. He strongly encouraged me to not be there at open. He said I have until 9pm to pick up my phone and that it's going to be a zoo in the morning.

WOW. That's what I think will be the case also, but I'm really afraid they will fail to 'hold' my reservation if I come later in the day (Seinfeld style :p)
 
I'm expecting to be there around 6am, store opens at 7am. It is a mall apple store. I do have a reservation though. I just really want to get rid of my HTC Hero :(.
 
Seems like a lot more people are either camping out or considering camping out this year, as compared to last year. I can't wait to see what the line looks like at my ATT store down from where I work. It is probably going to be a mad house.
