13" ntMBP base with LG 27UD68 attached. Simply woke MBP up from sleep and it does this.

This is a known issue. Apple has mentioned that you need to take this MBPro to an Apple store for replacement or you can send it in for repairs, but expect to be waiting 5-7 days. For Pakistan it may be longer.

Does is recover if you close the lid and reopen it?

Also, any Adobe products installed. They seem to have issues with new MBP.

I don't know where OP is, but if you're experiencing a hardware problem, I'd imagine you'd have to take it to a country where Apple provides support. You should know that Apple doesn't provide support for your country before purchasing their products.

I stream fox business while I work...so I usually dedicate the MBP to fullscreen news stream while I work on the external.

apple has the solution for you, buy another LG display and daisy chain them using the thunderbolt 3 ports

Actually, this is not "known" at all - at least the solution isn''t. No one is sure if its software (wait for a fix) or truly a hardware issue.

That's also true of the one flickering line I had on mine, and of the weird flickering on the bottom half of the screen people were reporting with FileVault.

This is one of those things where the mere fact that such a thing can occur indicates something really weird going on.
