13" ntMBP base with LG 27UD68 attached. Simply woke MBP up from sleep and it does this.

This is a known issue. Apple has mentioned that you need to take this MBPro to an Apple store for replacement or you can send it in for repairs, but expect to be waiting 5-7 days. For Pakistan it may be longer.There is no apple support in Pakistan
I don't know where OP is, but if you're experiencing a hardware problem, I'd imagine you'd have to take it to a country where Apple provides support. You should know that Apple doesn't provide support for your country before purchasing their products.There is no apple support in Pakistan

I stream fox business while I work...so I usually dedicate the MBP to fullscreen news stream while I work on the external.

Interesting that the screen glitches appear only on the MacBook's display, and not on the LG...
