I'm thinking of buying the 80 GB ipod so I can fit all my music on it, but did not know if they had any plans to make a bigger (memory size) ipod anytime soon. if so i would just wait. thanks!

New iPods usually come out for the holiday season. Especially since the iPhone drops at the end of this month, expect an iPod some time after that- I would say around November.
