Some people were fighting on Reddit on rather the "secure element" in Apple Pay is gonna require a Secure SIM like with isis mobile wallet or if its belt in the phone like where the TouchID stores its info.

Any info on this or what do you think?

Secure enclave on the device. No secure SIM needed.

I don't think it will a secure sim card like Softcard (ISIS). The technology behind Apple Pay is different. They just need to push iOS 8.1 to enable Apple Pay and we're good to go.
