A few months ago I got the Bluetooth Magic keyboard for my iPad Air 3. I got this keyboard because I thought it offered the best typing experience. I really like it but it doesn’t quite make my iPad feel like a laptop. Wil Apple release a new keyboard folio with touch pad like they did for the pro?

I would say no, because Logitech have released one,
So there is no point releasing a product which is all ready out by a company which is sold at Apple.
I wouldn't hold my breath, but if I were you, I'd use a Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad.
The Logitech Combo Touch keyboard was developed in conjunction with Apple. It's not likely Apple will release one of their own.
