Is Apple slowly sending out the update notification?

Just wondering since I haven't seen the update notification yet for 7.1 and didn't see one for 7.0.6 either. I tried checking for updates but it didn't find anything yet.

Just did, and it showed up after checking for it.

Enjoy the speed. I've been pretty upset about the 5S' lousy performance up until 7.1

I couldn't update my iPad OTA because it didn't find the update. I had to connect it to my computer and manually update it.

This didn't happen with my iPhone.
