Is Apple the new IBM?

Hi All.

I have been Apple through & through since I can remember, and didn't really care for other platforms (have tried, tested but always come back to what I love).

Since answering various requests in my time on this site (2006), does anyone else agree that the beautiful taste of an apple now has a sour tang?

The 'I'm bigger than you & do not care' attitude used to be IBM's gift to Microsoft no?

- Flash?
- Blu-ray?

It's not about caring, it's a difference of opinion. My personal experience is that Apple generally understands and treats its customers well (as it should). There are always exceptions, but c'est la vie.
