Is Apple Toying With Our Minds?

Ran across a funny thing in MacNN's forums this morning. User "theiliad" (the same Mac fan who attempted to infiltrate Apple's plant in Ireland in search of clues for the approaching MWNY's offerings) pointed out a bit of wit onApple's Mac OS X page. Take a look towards the bottom-right of the page, at the text snippet under the "EightBall" download link... Clever little piece thrown in there. Seems the web guys at Apple are having a little fun with us, no doubt to tide them over until the moment Wednesday when they get to redirect to the updated Apple On-Line Store full of treasures untold...

Heh, he/she put that 'cause not even they have a clue what is in steve's mind...well, until 2:00am the morning of the expo when he will have to update the stats page for the 4ghz powermac G6 (who needs the G5)

Last Post...

Well...hopefully something in the G4-tower area will come out @ MWNY. This comment is likely my last post to Macrumors using my tried and true b&w G3 400. Packing it up to ship off (sold it last week). Making room for something on the high-end to be shown at Macworld. If there is nothing new as far as G4-towers at the show...I will not enjoy the wait until I get another Mac on my desk... (Using my makeshift 10"-screened, hacked (WIn98) i-opener until then...ugh...)
