Is ATT still offering 2-year contract on new iPhone 6s+?

Hi,

I checked upgrade eligibility because my iphone 5s is about 23 or 24 months old. ATT wireless site only shows ATT Next monthly prices for iPhone 6.

Can I upgrade my 2-year contract to another 2-year contract?

Or is Next Plan or outright purchase the only way?

Is Apple monthly payment plan better?

Thanks. I've never bought iphones(since 2008) from ATT. I usually go the Apple store route or order online.

Is there any risk with ordering from ATT? I really don't trust them.

Can you get applecare+ when ordering from ATT?
