Is AW the only wearable that can receive ALL notifications? Any alternatives?

Is Apple Watch the only wearable that can have ALL notifications from EVERY iPhone app sent to it? (Actually, I only assume that it can.) It seems as though all third party wearables only support select apps. Anybody know if this is/isn’t the case?
I prefer fitness trackers to full-on smart watches in terms of appearance and battery life. But if AW is the only device that can receive all notifications from iPhone then I’ll get that.

Yes, iOS is locked down and not all notifications are available to third parties.
