Is 'Back to school' promotion possible at Finland?

Hello all.
First of all, I know that the period of promotion has finished. I'm going to Finland next year and need to buy a Macbook Pro. also want to buy an iPod touch. And I heard about BTS anual event.

My some friends in US got a free iPod(rebate of course) by that BTS promo.
So I'm sooo wondering if BTS promotion is possible at Finland too.
and if I could get iPod4 (it would be an old one at that time) next year at Finland.

Do they do this event every single year?

I don't think it's only for US people. because I actually saw something about BTS at Apple 'Suomi' Online few days ago. And when I tried to find it out again, it has already ended and disappeared. I'm asking because I just can't be sure anyway. I want to make it sure.

I'm in South Korea now, but going to Finland next year for a study.
