Is Belkin a trusted Apple Watch charger?

I saw a YouTube video where one guy used 3rd party chargers and his AW6 battery degraded ? Should I get a Belkin Apple Dock ?
 
There’s no reason to believe the Belkin charger is unsafe. Apple sales it in their stores. The reason to not get is if you have a new S7. The current docks can’t do fast charging.
