In the past, I always had prompt replies from Best Skins Ever whenever I emailed the company seeking support (such as a replacement order).

Since late August (2019), I have been experiencing great difficulty contacting the company. I emailed the company repeatedly without receiving any reply. I even called the company by phone to leave a voicemail without receiving any callback. The live chat function on the company's website never works. The ticket system also does not work and the link for it is simply redirected to a contact form.

Most recently, I notice that the company's website has stopped launching skins for the new models of iPhone (iPhone 11). In past years, the company is very quick to launch new skin products. Checked the company's social media accounts which all seem to be idle.

Does anyone know if the company is in trouble or going out of business? Has anyone had success in contacting the company?

I'd been wondering about this myself. Been emailing then on and off for a few months now and no replies. Website doesn't seem to have been updated since the iPhone 11 release.
So, took a chance and fired off an order for a iPhone 6 screen only skin. To my surprise, 4 days later in came in the post (and I'm in the UK!). So it seem they're very much still in business but just never respond to any communication attempt.

Looks they are gone.... Web site not up. Last thing I find when I google them is "Best Skins Ever, Inc is a subchapter s corporation located at 9845 West 81st Avenue in Arvada, Colorado that received a Coronavirus-related PPP loan from the SBA of $15,208.00 in April, 2020."... Too bad - there was a time they were one of the better supplier of Skins for Apple products

Yep. Shame. I guess the combination of pandemic and huge rise in tempered glass protection was too much for them.
