Also, how did you guys get a version of Windows? I have a laptop with Windows on it, can I somehow get the Key for that windows and reinstall on the mac? Will I need the ISO/CD?

Yes it is free. You need to buy a new Windows copy though. You can install it via a CD/DVD or a USB since you can't use the Windows key from your other computer.

How to install Windows using Bootcamp.

Well Bootcamp is free and Parallels is a paid app that let's you start Windows while still on OS X (hence the name), whereas with Bootcamp you need to restart your computer to boot into Windows.
