I just got a new iPhone 5 and been testing it out, one thing I noticed that when I was at the store I put my phone to full brightness and compared it to one on display and my phone wasn't as bright, is this normal or should I get it replaced?

The showroom lights make it look brighter. trust me bro, its fine.

Its normal. Put away your OCD and enjoy your NEW phone.

Its slightly varied because apple uses different LCD suppliers but its noting noticeable.

FWI: Apple store uses special light's to make there phone vibrent and catch your eye

Is the current state of your iP5's screen brightness not adequate and/or causing issues?

Both phones were under the same light!!! Man, does anyone actually read and comprehend anymore?

And yes, screens are make by different manufacturers and they can and do vary. Not a big deal unless yours is not bright enough for your or not working properly. Otherwise not to worry.
