I just got a new pair of shoes that have a slot for the nike+ sensor and it got me to thinking about buying one. I know there's a nike+ app for iPhone that (i guess?) people use as a standalone solution to the nike+ sensor, but is there any advantage to having the sensor in your foot as opposed to just using the app? Is it more accurate?
