Is canon canon pixma mx870 compatible with mac os x 10.7.2.

Canon probably does. From Canon's own site:

"Windows® 7, Windows® Vista, Windows XP/2000 andMac OS® X v10.4.11 - 10.6.x17"
 
I have that Canon Printer, and when first hooked up and the MacMini turned on, the driver installed immediately without any action from me other than clicking install.

One trouble I have is WiFi on the printer. For some reason, I cannot get it to work, so I reverted to a USB cable instead....:confused:
