I am considering going to CCNY for my undergraduate studies as I am a native new yorker and it is cheap. I plan on majoring either in business management or economics. . . Is it a reputable university? How will my future employer see it on my resume, a good or bad school? Is it at all prestigious?

City College is IMO the best of the CUNY schools, but it's obviously not prestigious like Columbia or NYU. I considered going there for their engineering school but then I ended up a bit further uptown :D

Columbia or NYU.

Honestly, most schools like these are a waste of money. Your education will be just as good at a state college/university, and you'll save a ******** of money. (~$10-15k a year vs ~$50k a year). For an undergraduate in business, $50k is just not worth it. You're not going to learn anything special if you go to one of these private universities. Worry about going to a more "prestigious" school for a graduate program.
