Is CNET Playing a joke on Ballmer?

Does anyone notice something Very odd about this interview. Not so much the interview, but more the interviewer. I know I've seen this person on CNET before, but I forget who it is.

I couldn't help but laugh uncontrollably because I thought CNET was pulling a joke on Ballmer, but apparently the interviewer is going though some "changes".
