I believe I used the tinyumbrella tool correctly several days ago, yet Cydia still only reports SHSH's for the 3.X firmwares for me. I know it can take a while for Cydia's server to process the requests, but I'm just wondering if anyone has Cydia reporting a 4.0 SHSH on file?

I feel an impending 4.0.1 apple update, and who knows how that'll effect jailbreaking, so I'd like to make sure I'm good to go!

Probably way too early for that to show up. Saurik has about 2 million SHSH blobs to store, when 3.1.3 came out in February it took 3 or 4 weeks for it to be added to Cydia on our two 3GS iDevices.

Yeah I know, just wanted to see if any of the early iOS 4 jailbreakers had theirs appear yet :)
