Is deactivatation required on Student/Teacher Office '04 to use on another machine?

I got my copy of Office '08 yesterday. Can I just uninstall Office '04 (Home version) and put it on a different Mac or do I need to deactivate it somehow first before I can reuse the activation code?

No deactivation needed. I have moved it around to different machines in the past and they never stopped me. Of course, I never had it on more than 3 machines at any time.
