Is defor here? Update on System 7.6 on Kanga PowerBook G3?

On the discontinued System 7 Today Forums user defor had figured out a way to get System 7.6.1 running on the "Kanga" PowerBook G3 by starting with the PowerBook 3400c install (since the Kanga is basically just a PowerBook 3400c with a G3 CPU and slightly tweaked ROM.)

But the link on the old S7T forum now dead. Is defor a user here and can post an updated link on how to do it, or has anyone else managed to get this working?

Welcome ! Though I have never used the Kanga(Pro: Kong-GAH), I am sure others have. I have a lot of PPC machines, Pismo, PB G4, PM G5 Quad.
