...keeping? I recently upgraded my OS to 10.5.2 and noticed this 'Deja Vu' program under the 'other' section of my 'system preferences'.

I have never noticed it there before, would this have been installed from upgrading to 10.5.2?

What does it do and is it worth keeping it?

Deja Vu is installed by Toast.

Ah silly me, i did install Toast recently as well haha, thanks :)

How do i go about removing it?

You can right-click the Deja Vu icon inside System Preferences and choose "Remove "Deja Vu" Preference Pane"

It also resides inside '/Library/Contextual Menu Plugins' - I think. I can't remember. Maybe it hides inside your 'Home folder/Library/Contextual Menu Plugins'

You have to relaunch Finder by either logging out and back in or by holding down Option and right clicking the Finder icon in the Dock.
