iPhone Is deleting/reinstalling same apps repeatedly ruin anything?

I’m just wondering if this can ruin anything? Like damage the flash storage on the phone or slow it down or anything like that?
 
No. Flash storage these days only fails after a huge amount of write/erase cycles. Hence iOS having an option to offload unused apps.
