Hmm, someone just told me DOS is in a mac? is that true...?

I'm confused what dos is anyway lol.

Kind Regards

even if by "mac" you happen to mean upto the original Macintosh 128K from 1984, and by DOS you mean "Apple DOS," the Macs never used it.

He might mean "Bash" which is the default command line interface for OS10.5.

However, I would not trust this friend as a reliable source of computing information. DOS is not in the Mac.

What Macs existed in the early 80s? The first Mac wasn't introduced until 85, and that definitely isn't early.

Well the only Apple with a DOS like thing was from early 80s, and not the Macintosh. There was the Lisa in early 80s that ran a DOSesque OS.
