Other Is external storage still locked to Pro Phones ?

Was just curious , with 15p Apple let users use external storage devices with USB3

Do non pros have this feature yet for 16 or 17 Lineup ? I know it would be slower with USB2.0

Non-Pro don't have USB 3.2 speeds. You can still plug in a external USB-C storage, but read and write speeds will be USB 2.0.
