Is FCE 4 free from blur title bug?

Hello. I used iMovie 6 HD but the text in the titles are blur/fuzzy. Then, I bought iMovie 09 hoping that the problem would be fixed. However, I found that some of the features I want are removed. Now I consider to buy FCE. Do you have the problem of blur/fuzzy titles in FCE 4? Thanks.
