I heard this kind of facts , can you tell if they are right

- If I remove all iPad data from settings, and do this 3 times, then I cannot enable iCloud anymore

- If I remove all iPad Air data from settings,and then install again, I cannot benefit from free iOS7 apps anymore (Pages etc)

1. No.

2. Once you set up an iPad or other iOS device, the apps tie to the Apple ID that it initially is set up with. If you wipe it and set it up with a different ID, the apps will not be available.
