It is still being developed. But it's on hold right now.

Comex is currently in college and he said in his twitter feed video is the hardest part to get working for frash. So, it might be a couple of months or, longer or!!!!! if somebody works on it which might happen
I'd check the twitter link every now and then or your tweet him and ask just don't do it too often....

I understand that he is busy, but he should open this up and get others involved.
Comex will get bored of Flash, before he gets it to a decent level.
