I heard that Mac OS Lion doesn't have Front Row. This just figures after I finally started connecting my Macbook Pro to the TV. Front Row was an easy way to navigate to my content from the couch. Darn you Apple!

Shouldn't have to make a fix or use a third party alternative. Front Row worked and people liked it.

Everything I did in Front Row, I can do better with an AppleTV2. I really love that little thing! I recommend getting one of those.

I wish I could get an AppleTV, but my dated HD TV doesn't have HDMI inputs.

Okay so I decided to give Flex a try and while it looks nice, it's not seeing all my media and what it does see, the app changed the names. And the Plex icon in my applications folder has a circle with a line through it. I don't think it's working correctly.

Front Row 2.2.1 works just fine under Lion. Its integration with iTunes, however, is seamless only with iTunes 10.3.1 and lower. With iTunes 10.4 integration gets broken. Perhaps someone will figure out a way of making them work together again, or maybe Apple will release a revamped version of Front Row (possibly for SL only).

Plex is only seeing 1/10th of my music collection. What the heck?

I, too, installed Plex after finding out Front Row was no more. I like the interface, but it crashed on me whenever I tried to play a video. I assume this is Lion related.
