Anyone jailbroken on iOS4 using GriP? This is a must for me before upgrading from 3.xx.

Though, the 3rd Gen iPod doesn't even have a jailbreak yet (</3) so in case thats what you have, outta luck.

To anyone with an answer, I'm also interested. GrIP was the only thing that made me hesitate for iOS 4.

While it's been a while since I've followed GrIP, you should look into NotifiedApp. It is waiting approval from Saurik and will be in Cydia shortly and works for iOS4
 
Grip works fine for me on my 3GS with iOS4 for email. My updates from third party apps (ESPN Scorecenter mainly) don't work with Grip though, and I can't find the Grip SMS repo anywhere anymore, so I haven't been able to try that out.
