Is Handoff broken when using El Capitan GM?

I can't get my iPhone (iOS 9) to connect with my MacBook Pro anymore, since updating to El Capitan GM.

Also, just as a side note, the lack of simplicity in setting up Handoff is a little absurd. :rolleyes:
