Here in the Chicago area, we have had several episodes of police harassment making the news. And a long tradition of abuse of power. Seems in Thailand they are making "bad" cops wear Hello Kitty armbands. (No, I am NOT making it up, who could make this up!) Wonder if it is the solution to police harassment!
 
That's absolute genius. I love it. :D

Somehow I don't think it'd get by in the U.S., though. It would make my day to get pulled over by a red-in-the-face cop wearing a hot pink hello kitty armband with hearts on it, though!
 
That's priceless, that cop is going to get so much crap from his peers he wont ever think about stepping out of line again. :cool:
 
How do they decide if the cop is bad though? Unless it's videotaped or something, it is the opinion of the cop vs the robber and by default, people will believe the cop. Interesting idea though
