So I have a MacMini Running BigSur and my work files are on a storage server on my network that is running Windows Server 2019. The problem I have is when I connect to one of these shares any time a create a new folder or add contents to a folder or delete something these changes do not get reflected in the finder without ejecting the share and reconnecting.

For instance, if I
Create a new folder:
the folder will appear then disappear. I have to disconnect then reconnect and then I will the folder with the name untitled folder. I can then rename the folder. But as soon as I hit enter the folder name goes back to untitled and I have to again disconnect and reconnect and the change will be shown.

Copy a file to a folder:
The fil will go through the copy process then will disappear once complete and as stated before I have to eject the share a reconnect and then I will see it in the finder

Delete a file:
I can delete a file then it will within about half a second pop right back into place even though it isn't really there. As usual, I have to disconnect and then reconnect to see the update.

Does anyone know what the fix is for this I mean I see plenty of people complaining about various similar issues but No concrete answer on how to fix this. and I mean Honestly How does something like this exist. I mean surely Apple knows about this and knows that windows files servers are very common.

Thank you in advance for your time.
