is icloud notes down for anyone else?

on my new macbook air m1 its not syncing them, and even on the icloud.com my notes are not showing up. I also tried removing my apple account, and re-adding it.

I never had a mac before, and I was wondering is there any other troubleshooting ideas I am missing. I read that removing and re-adding apple account normally fixes it. It is so weird things are syncing fine on my iphone, and ipad. Its the icloud.com, and my mac that are not working correctly.
