Is iCloud restore working for you without a problem?

Before resetting my phone, I made sure that I backed up the phone on iCloud and then proceeded with the reset. All good upto here and just when I finished selecting the right backup from the choose backups page, I'm asked to sign into the store where I'm asked for my password with a different ID. I have no idea whose ID it is but it isn't the one I used to sign in earlier after the reset. I then select skip this step and each time a new apple id is showing up and asking me to sign in with the password. I skipped 20 times hoping I can get to the next screen but each skip shows up a new apple ID which isn't mine at all. Looking at the IDs I think all of them are ID's of genuine users and somehow something got mixed up. Anybody else experiencing this issue?
