Quick question for you all; is iEatBrainz working for anyone else? It died for me right around the time of the 7.7 iTunes update - now just keeps giving me AppleScript errors whenever I try tagging anything...

Is it working for anyone else?

I ran it once before the new iTunes on my entire library and though it found some titles, there was many it did not. It also tried to incorrectly name a lot of the correctly named ones.

If it no longer works, I'd say it's doing you a favor.

Well thats kinda like blaming Google for not finding what you're looking for; As long as you know how to use the tool in question it works perfect. I've been using iEatBrainz for years now and it worked perfectly fine, especially helped me tons when tagging whole albums.

But I mean it worked perfectly fine before iTunes 7.7, now just gives me errors when it tries to tag anything. But w/ that said, it does find everything ok, it finds the proper tags etc...

I tried using other apps; Jaikoz, Picard - they're all trash imho, unstable, unusable interfaces, nothing but problems and annoyances...

rofl, I've been using picard since they replaced the old musicbrainz tagger with it- first on windows, then on my ubuntu box, and now on my mac. I don't even bother using anything else. I did miss tagger, though.

I tried Picard multiple times (and again today) and its byfar the most unusable app I ever used on any platform; be it Windows, Mac or Linux. The interface is absolutely dreadful and I'm yet to even tag a single song w/o it either crashing, freezing up or just failing to tag anything... :( I kid you not, it literally takes me less time to go to musicbrainz.org, find the album, and tag it all by hand then it takes to get Picard to do anything... :/
