I don't know much about iFrame 720 from iMovie on iPhone 4S but my question is that does iFrame 720p worth to use? My goal is to have best quality from iMovie. What about optimize playback if it will improve video quality? Let me know, thanks.

It should be somewhat better qualilty than standard 720p and, this is even more important, easier to edit. If, however, you don't consider the native 1080p editing too slow, you want to stick with it so that you have considerably better resolution.

Thanks for information. I do assume that if I want full 1080p, I should turn off iframe 720p. Thanks for your information. =)
