I know quick sync is enabled for face time but I was wondering if any plans had been made to bring it to other programs in the os?
As more of the macs are now moving to sandy bridge it was make sense as the hd performance benefits seem huge.
My only concern is the benchmarks ran on face time still show high cpu usage when encoding and decoding.
Will mac fully adopt this SB feature anytime soon?
