Is iOS 6.0.2 Showing up on your iPad 3 or 4?

Just want to know if the new iOS update is specific to iPhone 5 and Mini or is it also for normal iPad users. Can someone please confirm.

If you would read the news release articles,

6.0.2 is for iPhone 5 and iPad Mini only.
