Is iOS 7.1.2 still being signed?

Anyone else tried it recently within the past couple hours and know if its still being signed or possbile to install 7.1.2? the sites http://api.ineal.me/tss/status and http://www.icj.me/ios/all say it is but how often is it updated or how recent is the data?

just so people know its still working and i was able to install it on difference devices some hours ago.

if its still sayin its being signd on both sites i think it should continue for at leas the hour.
