iPad is iOS5 and iOS6 still jailbreakable?

I find links when googling to evasion iOS6 jailbreaks, but when clicked they simply go to their latest versions of iOS7 jailbreaks. Can anyone direct me to where earlier jailbreaks are stored/found?

Thanks for the reply. Are all of the 6.xx jailbreak versions available still? I don't have the iPad yet but am looking to purchase a 6.0 or other 6.xx model. The reason is my iPad2 I have had for years and updated to 7.0 is just not as enjoyable to use as it once was.

yes, they are all available. your only problem now is finding a device that is on iOS 6

First off, i apologize if this is not the correct thread for this post, long time android, but want to try modding in apple, picked up an ipad 1 with 5.1.1, want to jailbreak it and found videos and program callled absinthe v 2.0 to jailbreak, my question is, can i update the firmware to 6.0 or higher once jailbroken? Even jailbroken you can't go any higher than iOS 5 on the original iPad.

Thank you for the responses, quess i should have done more research on the ipad1 and its limitations, seems like the majority of the apps i want all require ios 6.0 and above, once again thank you.

p0sixspwn 1.0.7 not working on ios 6.1.3

It starts and then I get a dialogue box saying it has encountered an error and has to close. Any ideas? I am trying a fresh download.

Second try I get a "connect device to begin" box (it's connected -- I tried disconnecting and reconnecting).

Hmm. Third try same result and when I retried the first download I got the same result. Sounds like a hardware issue, eh?

ios6.1.3 jailbreak

Seems to be a connection issue as iTunes doesn't connect either, on either of my iPads.
