Is "iPhone Italia" copying MacRumors?

I have consistently noticed that the website "iPhone Italia" (iphoneitalia.com) is consistently posting the exact same articles MacRumors posts, just translated into Italian. They even use the same stock photos.

So I'm wondering: do they have an agreement, or is this blatant copyright infringement? I thought I'd bring it up as it's quite irritating to see.

Yes, they largely just copy and translate our articles and use our images. Sometimes they link, sometimes they don't. We don't have an arrangement with them.
