Is iPhoto supposed to have a new UI?

Hi, I just updated iPhoto to iPhoto 9.5. In the App Store, the screen shots looks like the update has introduced a new UI (black colour UI with Events, Faces, Places and stuff at the bottom). But after upgrading, I still see the same older silver colour UI.

This is what I saw in the App Store screenshots:

Any ideas?

AH cool, I need to start using full screen things more often. I like the new mode
