I go to sleep at 11.30 most of the times and wake up ar 7.00 in the morning, all this time i have my iphone or ipad charging,is it bad for battery?

Yes. Generally, you should equal charging time and off-charge time. Every 45 minutes wake up, fully unplug the phone and wait at least 45 minutes before charging again. Not following these steps could lead to irreversible damage to the device.

That's what I do every night. It's not fun but I think it's worth it.

Been charging my devices without any thought for years. Never any issues.

Same here. Once I month I let the battery drain until the phone turns off, then charge it back up to 100%. I have not experienced any battery issues in all the years I've had an iPhone.

I never drain them down and have never had a problem over the years. Charge them every night whether at 20% or 70%. I never let them drain to zero for "calibration".

That is absolutely ridiculous,I barely sleep 7 hours a day,if I wake up at 4 am,I am tired all day.It is although frustrating to see that there are still some unknown things about battery and charging cycles,I was just trying to totally convince myself,to have no doubts about it,but...
