Is it compatible with a Mac Mini 2012?

I'm still using an old Mac Mini 2012 and would love to install the latest MacOS on it so im just wondering if it's still possible?

"Possible" and (in title) "Compatible". Meaning?

Ventura is not "supported" by Apple on your 2012 MacMini and Apple won't provide any help.

Ventura may (in a few months) be made to "work" on your 2012 MacMini (with OpenCore Legacy Patcher). But it will be with hacks which may or may not be reliable.
