Is it dangerous?

I am just wondering.
I installed Windows twice on my laptop with 15 GB partition and both times I just went to the boot camp assistance and I chose to drop the Windows partition and it goes in like 60 seconds.

in 60 seconds it takes care of something I had to go through a whole 1.5 hours to install. Is it alright or am I damaging the HD?

any tips?
